This simple exercise will also help avoid the embarrasing “premature ejeculation”, allowing you to statisfy your parter, better and long than ever before. If you’ve been following my work and watching my videos, you would know that certain exercises can either increase or decrease your libido, erection strength, hardness and even size, because of hormonal changes. If you didn’t already know, testosterone is the primary hormone that increases your libido, sex drive and “muscle size”. Unfortunately, this hormone starts to decrease around the age of 25. However, certain exercises can increase your decrease your testosterone. For example, doing too much cardiovascular exercise - like running, jogging, etc. can decrease your testosterone because of the increase in your stress hormone, cortisol. TWO things you do NOT want to do. One of the best forms of exercise for increasing your testosterone is lifting weights. However, too much of that isn’t good either. The Non-Exercise, Exercise However, today I’m NOT going to discuss anything about lifting weights, cardio, etc. I’ve done that in the past. What I want to talk about is a very simple “non-exercise”, exercise... that you can do RIGHT NOW, while watching this video and that’s called, the Kegel Exercise. I call this the “non-exercise” exercise because it requires no gym, equipment or even real movement. Now, some of you may have heard of this. Unfortunately most do it incorrectly. Kegel exercises are done to strengthen the perineal muscles. To “flex” this muscle, it’s very simple. One way to describe how to do it is, by contracting your anus muscle, as if you’re trying to hold in gas. Go ahead and give it a try now... Another way to do it is stop peeing midway through. Thus, as you’re peeing, “contract the muscle” that will STOP the pee, midway through. That’s it - that’s a kegel exercise. Super simple, but extremely effective. You can literally do it anywhere, anytime and nobody would know. Sets & Reps You should do kegel’s about 3x a week to start with. Over time, slowly build up to 5x weekly. Just don’t do it every single day because like any muscle, it requires rest to gain strength. Contract the muscle (holding in gas or stop peeing) and hold for 3-5 seconds. Relax for 1-2 seconds. That’s ONE repetition Do this 10 of these, for 10 repetitions. That’s ONE set Do one set of 10 repetitions, 3x weekly. Then maybe the next week do 2 sets of 10 reps and work up to 3 sets of 10 reps, 3x weekly. You can do it all at once, or break it up 2-3x daily. Nothing it set in stone. What matters is consistency, persistence and patience. Benefits There lots of benefits when this muscle is strong Stronger, full erections Last longer, more stamina and the prevention of premature ejeculation. Stronger orgasms. Healthier prostate. Low libido and lack of sex drive caused by Adrenal Fatigue

This is Dr. Lam, founder of DrLam.com and in this video we will go over why. Now, first we have to take a step back and understand that when the body is under stress, its primary objective for survival is to conserve energy. In that respect, the body will start to shut down or slow down non-essential functions. Of course the heart is not something that can be slowed down so it has to be maintained, the brain is something that can not be slowed down that is something that has to be maintained, but other systems that the body it does not consider really critical for survival, such as reproduction, will be one of the ones that start to slow down. What does that mean? That means the body will activate the hormones rebalancing in such a way that libido hormones such as testosterone or estrogen will take a hit. It may be, on laboratory basis, normal, but subclinically in a symptoms perspective the body will have low sex drive and libido will be almost nonexistent in advanced cases. This is very common, there is nothing wrong. Most people get very concerned, especially young people. But it should not be a big concern in terms of structural problems causing the low libido unless it has been proven so by conventional medicine. It is important to understand and look at the big picture, are there other symptoms that go along with this low libido? Stress is one of them, intolerance to exercise, there are many, many symptoms of adrenal fatigue that in itself it doesn't stand alone; in other words the libido and the low sex drive does not 100% point to adrenal fatigue, but if you have this plus other symptoms that are classic for adrenal fatigue then it helps to point the direction to adrenal fatigue. So low libido is the body's way of helping itself for survival, it is not a physiological disfunction in and of itself. Understanding this is very important, because it will prevent you from treating the symptoms by using, whether it is natural or medications, to prop up the sex drive because the only way you are going to be able to do that is to use stimulants, which is directly opposite of what the body wants you to do. Now, this concept is very important because if you don't understand this concept it is so easy to fall into the trap of thinking that something is wrong with the body and by stimulating the body to get more sex drive you will heal. It is not going to happen if the root cause is not in the libido issue, the root cause is really in the adrenals and the low libido is simply a symptom. I hope you understand this concept, and the good news is that this symptom is easy to reverse, because you give the body some time and focus on healing the adrenals, but at the same time you have to focus on not using the stimulants because the stimulants will not give you the real libido increase but basically give you an artificial sense of improvement. Let's face it; we all love coffee. In fact, most of us barely feel human without gulping a cup or two. Of course, there's also a good chance of drinking up to five cups a day — that's just how it is! Amazingly, caffeine energy inducing effects can turn out to be the difference between surviving and thriving in a day. Now, there's no doubt that there are quite a few benefits associated with drinking coffee. Besides improving physical and mental performance, caffeine also reduces the risk of severe cardiovascular disease, liver disease, and even neurological disorders. But what happens when you consume too much? OR better still, how much coffee is too much? Yes, the very first thing you should know is that caffeine is beneficial to the health, but that's only if you consume in moderate amounts. In essence, drinking too much coffee may end up doing you more harm than good. In this video, we're going to let you in on how to know if you're consuming too much coffee coupled with signs that scream "cut back right now!" Let's get started! As mentioned earlier, caffeine's stimulatory effects can increase your chances of achieving more during the day. I’ve especially been fascinated with hormones because the way you look and feel is based on your genetics and more importantly, your HORMONES! So with that said, how can the “king of all hormones” and all of its benefits, ALSO be so negative? The problem stems from the “cause” of your declining testosterone as you age. As you get older, due to genetics, environmental factors, diet, bodyfat, stress levels, etc. … your estrogen levels INCREASE. This change in your estrogen levels, also increases “Sex Hormone-Binding Globulin” (SHBG), which further DECREASES your to total testosterone and more importantly, your “free testosterone”. Think of “total” testosterone as your “gross income”, and “free” testosterone as your NET income… Also, as you get older, most men convert more testosterone to a hormone called “Dihydrotestosterone”, also known as DHT This is the hormone that causes hair loss, body hair growth in all the wrong places and also, prostate cancer. Finally, with the extra stress in our modern lives, you have higher levels of adrenal stress hormones, such as Cortisol. Most people make the mistake and think that the opposite of testosterone is the female hormone estrogen, but it’s NOT -- It’s the stress hormone Cortisol! … AND, the testosterone will also convert to more DHT, which means more body hair, accelerated hair loss and increased risk of prostate cancer. So now you have higher “negative” hormones of estrogens and DHT. LESS “positive” total and “free” testosterone levels. Simply stated, you’re now screwed because of have -More estrogen (fat, depression, man-boobs) -More DHT (hair problems, prostate cancer) -More Cortisol (stress, belly fat) -LESS total and “free” testosterone levels (less muscle, strength, sex-drive) To make things even worse, your testicles and other “muscles” will shrink! There are so many books and courses about “Intermittent Fasting” and the different variations of it. If you’re new to Intermittent Fasting (IF), the basic summary of this diet is you do NOT eat most of the day and then you eat all of your calories (and meals) during a 4-8 hour window. For example, you’re “fasting” all day and then between 8 pm to midnight, you eat all of your meals and calories. Some of the “less strict” variations give you an 8 hour window and thus, maybe from 4 pm to midnight. BUT, the true intermittent fasting is only about 4 hours. Basically, you’re eating one massive, ongoing meal. And the promoters of Intermittent Fasting (IF) say that the benefits are fat loss, more muscle (if you’re exercising), improved insulin sensitivity, less inflammation and more so, you get to “eat your favorite foods” and not get fat. That’s the “marketing sales pitch” Yes, the short-term effects are good for some people, especially weight loss and for those that don’t exercise. But the long-term effects is actually the OPPOSITE. Now, in a minute I’ll tell the only REAL benefit of Intermittent fasting and what type of person should follow it and for how long. However, let’s first discuss the negatives based on the newest scientific research. Lose Weight - But Get FATTER & Become Diabetic?!! So a recent study in 2018 revealed that1: The subjects lost weight, but ironically gained abdominal fat, what some doctors call "central adiposity". The cells of the pancreas that release insulin showed signs of damage (which can lead to diabetes). Markers of insulin resistance were detected (which can lead to diabetes). Increased levels of cancer-causing free radicals were observed. Researcher Ana Bonassa noted, "This is the first study to show that, despite weight loss, intermittent fasting diets may actually damage the pancreas and affect insulin function in normal healthy individuals, which could lead to diabetes and serious health issues." Accelerated Aging & Eating Disorders In another study2 done in 2015, showed that these popular fasting plans may have some serious drawbacks, especially for those that have adopted them as a "lifestyle" rather than as a temporary, short-term strategy. (Although previous studies show a boost in age-accelerating free radicals even during short-term fasts.) In the first study, the common Intermittent Fasting approach was tested: eating only during a 4-hour window in a day. In this study, the subjects didn't lose weight, but did... Gain intra-abdominal fat Develop disordered-eating behaviors (binge eating) Develop insulin resistance in their livers Show signs of inflammation Display a "gene expression profile favoring lipid deposition." What’s the best BP levels for me?” This is a very important question because ⅓ of adults over the age of 20 have high blood pressure. And the older we get, the worse the numbers become. For example, over 60% of the population over the age of 65 has high blood pressure. For women, it’s even worse because of menopause.2,3 Sadly, 70% of the population doesn’t even know they have high blood pressure, which greatly increases your risk of death by 43%, in addition to other health ailments.2,3 Now, before I get to Linda’s question, here’s a quick chart on blood pressure levels. As you can see, anything in the red that’s over 140/90 is considered “high” blood pressure. The yellow zone is better, but still a problem. Ideal range is in the green, which is LESS than 120/80. I prefer around 110/70. Now, the reason I like it lower is because studies1 have found that lower than 120 mmHG Systolic (top number) caused 43% lower risk of cardiovascular death 38% lower “heart failure” 27% in less deaths 25% lower deaths from “first” heart attacks 17% lower heart attacks 11% lower strokes So lower is better, as long as you feel fine… and preferably done naturally - through specific diet, exercise and supplements. Now, getting back to Linda’s question - she feels worse with the “lower” numbers because of the stupid prescription drugs. So, that’s the first thing I want to point out. Secondly, she stated that she “felt fine” when her levels were higher. This is another problem with high blood pressure. You feel fine because there aren’t any real symptoms. That’s why it’s known as the “silent killer”. So if you want to live longer, lowering your blood pressure levels below 120/80 is a huge benefit and a necessity for total health. I would skip the drugs and try to do it naturally. Same with the women… The left also uses weights, while on the right it’s only cardio. How To Look Younger, More Fit and Feel Healthier The simple point of these pictures is to quickly illustrate that if you want to look better, younger and “firmer” and feel healthier, it’s best to FOCUS primarily on some form of “resistance weight training”, instead of cardio. So here’s the deal - Minute per minute, cardio indisputably burns more calories than strength training, which could explain why compared to strength trainers, aerobic exercisers lose more weight in less time, according to a recent Duke University study. Lose FAT, Not “Weight” However, your goal is NOT to lose “weight”, you want to lose FAT! The fact is that cardio doesn't do much for your muscles. In one Penn State study, dieters lost 21 pounds whether they performed cardio or strength training. But for the cardio group, 9 of those pounds came from valuable muscle, while the lifters lost almost pure fat and thus, gained muscle in the process. Which means you end up looking more fit, healthier and younger. You look better in clothing, even better naked and you do NOT look “skinny-fat”. #1 Exercise For Building Muscle & Losing Fat And this is because strength training is the number-one way to build more muscle and lose fat. For ever 1 lb of muscle you gain, you burn an extra 50 calories. If you gain 10 lbs of MUSCLE, you burn an extra 500 calories all day long, every day… even while you're sleeping. Unfortunately, cardio ONLY burns calories while you’re doing the exercise. Once you stop or you miss workouts, you do NOT burn any calories. 💪 How You Can Get More Vascular Looking Muscles [MUTANT LOOK]

I’ve got a more detailed video about this topic and I’ll give you the link to that video in a minute. However, if you’re in a rush, here are 5 things you must do and the first is: #1 – Get Lean First of all, you can’t look good if you’re muscles are covered by a layer of fat. So the leaner you get, the bigger you’ll look - especially with your shirt off. So you need to get below 10% body fat to really start to see muscle definition, which will give that “illusion” that you’re actually BIGGER than you really are. Plus, if you want to look hard, you’ll need to strip off the fat or else you’ll look “soft and watery”. #2 – Get Hydrated A muscle is made up mostly water and blood and thus, most of is just water. So, the more hydrated a muscle is, the bigger and fuller you’ll look. Plus, with more water comes more blood volume, which will give you more vascularity and veins. The way to get more water in the muscle is to eat more carbs and to drink a lot more water. However, the real secret is you need to add Himalayan or Celtic salt to your meals and water, to help absorb the extra water into your muscle cells to fill them out and pump you up. #3 – Get Insulin Sensitive There’s nothing “evil” about carbohydrates. The real problem is high blood sugar. However, by improving insulin sensitivity, your blood sugar will not go up as much when you eat carbs. This means less insulin is secreted and thus, the food will go into your MUSCLE cells, instead of your fat cells. #4 – Get Exercising You obviously need to lift weights to make your muscle grow and “pop”. Lift both low and high reps. Lift heavier weights for 6-8 reps for denser, harder looking muscles. As well as higher, 10-15 reps for more blood volume, vascularity and roundness to your muscles. Also, don’t do strenuous cardio like running or jogging, or else your muscles will flatten out, lose their pop/fullness and you’ll look “skinny/fat”. #5 – Get Hormonal None of this will do much if you don’t have optimal hormonal balance. This means higher testosterone – so you can build more muscle and have vascularity. You also want to lower female hormones (estrogen, prolactin, etc.), so you’ll have less fat. And finally, decrease stress hormones like Cortisol, so you don’t lose muscle and don’t hold water under the skin. #muscle #weightlifting #vascularity ======================================== ========================================­ Thank you for watching.
