*As requested* In this video I give a tour of Corpus Christi College, University of Cambridge. Hopefully this is somewhat informative and provides some insight into my college. The purpose of this video is to show my college rather than much of my personality, so prior warning that it may be dry in that sense. Any questions? Feel free to let me know, and I will try and get back to you :) Music: https://soundcloud.com/mosesmzsound Beethoven - 5th Symphony

It lies in East Anglia, on the River Cam, about 50 miles (80 km) north of London. According to the United Kingdom Census 2011, its population was 123,867 (including 24,488 students). This makes Cambridge the second largest city in Cambridgeshire after Peterborough, and the 54th largest in the United Kingdom. There is archaeological evidence of settlement in the area during the Bronze Age and Roman times; under Viking rule Cambridge became an important trading centre. The first town charters were granted in the 12th century, although city status was not conferred until 1951. Cambridge is most widely known as the home of the University of Cambridge, founded in 1209 and consistently ranked one of the top five universities in the world. The university includes the renowned Cavendish Laboratory, King's College Chapel, and the Cambridge University Library. The Cambridge skyline is dominated by the last two buildings, along with the chimney of Addenbrooke's Hospital in the far south of the city and St John's College Chapel tower. Technical - Im using a DJi F450 quadcopter fitted with a gps sensor and a self levelling gimbal, im using a Feiyu gimbal with the first firmware so it has a bit of a problem with horizontal hold, this has now been mostly fixed with a firmware update. My (3rd and last) room at the University of Oxford. Attic rooms in Thomas Building, Corpus Christi College. Very neutral, simple (and boring?); since we have to clear out every 2 months at the end of each term, what's the point of decorating. Love it nonetheless :)

This week, not very scientifically, I show you that Cambridge is better than Oxford. But this only applies if we’re talking about sport, and if we compare the colleges named Jesus from each university. Oops. Hi guys, welcome back to my channel! This week has been pretty intense and loaded with physics work, so the vlog isn’t as long as I’d like it to be. However, many exciting things happened to me during the week, so I feel like that makes up for it. Firstly, my girlfriend (Emily, check out her channel here: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC2GOXaSbqMcY5UHWnHcCDow) came all the way from France, where she’s doing her year abroad, to surprise me! I had no idea that she was coming, and it was a nice way to take my head out of the Cambridge / Natural Sciences / Physics bubble for a bit. Next, I went to Ibz Mo’s charity cake sale to get myself a doughnut and have a quick chat with him! If you don’t already know who Ibz is, check out his channel here: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCO7htXFTNy6UppWj9xePsDw Finally, I took part in a Jesus-off, as Jesus College Cambridge took on Jesus College Oxford in a sporting Varsity. The idea was that members of the Oxford college came over to Cambridge to compete against us in various different sports. I naturally played badminton, and Jesus Cambridge ended up beating Jesus Oxford pretty comfortably. The final result was 5-2 to Cambridge, after all the disciplines had been played. Well done to all the competitors from Jesus Oxford for being such good sports and giving us a really fun match. :) Next week’s vlog will hopefully be a bit less thrown together, so make sure to come back on Monday at 5pm for another episode of How to Cambridge. I make my own music, and record it in Garageband. I film my vlogs on my Canon EOS M10 and iPhone 5s. I edit them in Shotcut, iMovie, and Adobe Lightroom. #OhhhYeahBaby Day#11 Cambridge is a lovely, historic and full of life city to visit. There are some Colleges you can visit and our favorite activity was go punting. Punting is the name given to those flat bottom boats able to sail on the river. To finish our road trip we went to Westminster Castle and it is a beautiful village to visit. Actually, the Westminster Castle is the biggest one in the UK and the second one in Europe. And yes, is our last day together... Don't forget to visit Tal's and Christie's channels. Prince William, Duke of Cambridge and Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge visit Coventry. The Duchess of Cambridge put those skills to good use as she performed a 'wiggle' dance move during a communications training session with paramedics at Coventry University. Kate, 36, who was visiting the city with the Duke of Cambridge, proved she was a good sport as she joined in with the session, although William looked a little more reluctant than his wife. After arriving, unusually, , accompanied by a small entourage, the pair arrived at their first engagement at Coventry Cathedral to cheers from hundreds of flag-waving schoolchildren. There they were presented with a note from a little girl in the crowd, which read: 'If you weren't royals what would be your dream job? When George and Charlotte grow up, what would you like them to achieve?' The Duchess also came to the rescue of a 10-year-old boy who felt unwell after waiting three hours in the cold to catch a glimpse of the royal. When she spotted that he was not well, the soon-to-be mother of three turned to one of her police protection officers, who came to the rescue with a brown paper bag. 'Princess Kate came over and give him a sickbag, our little Craig,' said Carole Flynn, a learning mentor at the school. 'I think he was a little bit overcome.' The Duchess had met Craig Skipper, a pupil at Corpus Christi primary school, during the royal couple's walkabout outside Coventry Cathedral. (January 16, 2018)
