Help! I tired it twice already. I was able to get it to fill up completely, and it looks perfect before the razor scrape step. Once i start scraping off the extra resin, the fixed spot look really rough, do I have to sand it or polish? Any advise is appreciated

I wish I had seen this video last summer. I had a "professional" fix my chip because my insurance fully paid for it. The chip is still clearly visible despite being "fixed". Next time I'll do it myself.
Hey Chris a rock chipped my windshield and I got it professionally repaired. What got me was that the chip did not go away like in your videos and the chip is the size of a quarter. Is there anyway I can make the chip less noticeable after it got professionally repaired? Thank you
Thank you for posting the video. I ordered the kit you recommended and I will attempt this repair on my 2013 Chevy Silverado when I receive the kit. Today a semi-truck driving ahead of me kicked up a stone and hit my windshield. I appreciate your help.
I'm curious how long this type of repair lasts before fading or cracking from sitting in bright sunlight or cleaning chemicals. Can you post a pic in a few years -- hoping the windshield survives that long ofcourse... I'm wondering if this could cause reception problems if it's done over an antenna that's integrated into the glass if the chip is right over the antenna... Thanks for the video, this is really great, cheers!
Is it possible to repair a crack without air pockets? A spider web like crack. I tried this but it doesn't work. I think resin cant enter into the crack. Anyone having the same problem? Help me please. Thanks.
While driving, I got a small crack in my windshield. First thing I thought of "ChrisFix probably has a great video to help me" and here I am!
if you use a UV flash light, how long do you need to directly shine it on the resin for it to cure?
Thanks for this video, works like charm! You saved my windshield. But is there any way to fix a crack? There are some videos on youtube of how to do it, but I was not able to find a single company (in Canada) who would fix a crack, not a chip.
Hey I tried the repair on my car however I think something when wrong. About have of the crack faded however the other half of the crack is still there. The outer part of the glass feels smooth however underneath the top layer a portion of the crack is still visible... The resin has already cured. Will the remaining crack continue to spread?
